Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this resort was unfortunately quite disappointing. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with a very dirty room that left me feeling uncomfortable. However, I must mention that the staff was quick to respond and helpful in moving me to a different room. On a positive note, the grounds are quite beautiful and well-kept, which added some peace to my trip. Overall, I had high hopes but felt let down by the state of the accommodations.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. On one hand, the lovely greenery and friendly atmosphere were highlights, making it feel more like a peaceful retreat. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness was a significant issue, and some facilities were inconvenient. Overall, it’s a mixed bag depending on what you're after, but there are definitely better options out there.
My stay at Paradise Palms Resort was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the clean and inviting unit with a beautiful view of the rainforest, the outdated facilities left a lot to be desired. The positive aspect of the warm hosts made the experience somewhat better, but the location on the highway and the presence of bugs definitely detracted from the overall enjoyment.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The outside pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for my kids, and we loved how spacious our family room was. However, the cleanliness of the BBQ area was quite disappointing, and my initial experience with a room meant to accommodate disabled guests was frustrating due to several maintenance issues.
The hotel was quite outdated and in need of repairs, despite claims of recent renovations. It's located in a beautiful, natural hillside setting that provided the relaxation we wanted after long days. While the service staff were accommodating, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a well-maintained stay.
